Pick up was okay but only one person managing a store and checking for U-Haul. She did her best but still not good. Drop off TERRIBLE after parking in a lot to small a smart ass young man told me to move it when I went inside. I will Never use the location or U-Haul again

Very good experience overall with the only snag being I had to go to a separate dealer location to get the appliance dolly I requested and was initially charged for a furniture dolly I didn't order and furniture pads that I did order but were not available. Both of these items were quickly and easily removed and the rest of the experience was as enjoyable as moving a small house full of stuff by oneself could be. Newer model truck was comfortable and ran great. Definitely my first call next time I move and my friends and family will be urged to do the same m Thanks for everything
