Not sure; I was very pleased with the ease of rental, the price, and the helpfulness of staff. I especially liked the ease of online “paperwork” and not having to keep track of documents during the course of rental.

Glad this location exists. Another renter was dropping off their truck and they weren’t using the App so the person working at the store had to handle their drop off. If we didn’t use the app to drop off we would have been there for a long time waiting for the other renter to check out. My suggestion is you push people to use the app - give $20 discount?
