The staff member wanted to charge me for two days when I only needed one. He basically said we'll tuff luck until I had to do the reservation myself. The trailer had no working marker lights, 1 tail light and the staff member did not even attempt to fit the trailer. He said just stop so I can take a picture. He didn't care one bit plus the trailer was not fit for the road. Disgraceful. I should be refunded at minimum.
