Everything was great! The only thing id add is a walk around before allowing the client to leave, that would have given me a little more peace of mind but thats just a clerical add on thats not required I had a great experience and would use that location again the site manager was amazing!

The processing of my rental at pickup was very slow. It seemed that Uhaul's server could bot handle and was very slow. It took me an hour for something that is usually 10 minutes.
