LAWONDRA SI returned the U-Haul the same day they said I had the U-Haul for 8 days over charge me 97 dollars
DEONTAY SUpon picking up the 20 footer is was given as estimated price of almost $99, in which I was told by a representative that ?60 would be due upon completion. From the location that I picked up the vehicle was about?35 miles from my home, which was no problem, but I advised her that I would be returning it locally, which is about 5 miles from my house. I received the receipt per email and Mimi was very understanding and stated the place I got the U haul from expected me to return it there , which I told her I would be returning it locally instead of being charged extra miles. I did have to keep it one extra day, which is understandable, but an estimate of 98 and a total of almost $400 is a hardship. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Funds are very low
