Upon picking up the 20 footer is was given as estimated price of almost $99, in which I was told by a representative that ?60 would be due upon completion. From the location that I picked up the vehicle was about?35 miles from my home, which was no problem, but I advised her that I would be returning it locally, which is about 5 miles from my house. I received the receipt per email and Mimi was very understanding and stated the place I got the U haul from expected me to return it there , which I told her I would be returning it locally instead of being charged extra miles. I did have to keep it one extra day, which is understandable, but an estimate of 98 and a total of almost $400 is a hardship. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Funds are very low

The guy that rented me the truck was very professional
CYNTHIA WRental 15' uhaul excellent. On other hand 26' truck @ G&R on 6.25.25 @ noon was closed by 11am. No notice. 26' truck @ G&R on 7.1.2025 7am. No truck. Both 26' reserved on time. Terrible scheduling.
