Poor signage as to where to go to pick up. No one around , had to have a restaurant employee get a person from the gas bar to help. He did not know what he was doing and called someone to help. They did not seen to know I had checked in online and I had to repeat everything. Will never book for that location again.Michael M.

After calling uhaul the day before to ask if we could pick up before 2:00 pm, they said no the truck would not be available until that time. We arrived and the uhaul location was closed! Someone happened to be there and said we would have to come back the next day at 8:30 am, we had just driven from Brampton! They then went to the gas bar and someone opened the shop. I found this to be very poorly organized, quite stressful and i would never suggest anyone rent from this location. Plus they did not have my name correct, I had to show my order information.Donna M.
It took almost 2 hours to sing out the uHaul because this location didnt know what they were doing. We were very frustrated, and they had terrible customer service. I will never be using uHaul again.Cody C.
Pick was a breeze however return was painful. Also I was told to fuel up when getting the vehicle and then charged again for fuel in the final bill. I am disputing that and waiting to here back. I expect to get the $10 worth of fuel I put and remaining refund asap.RIchard J.

Check your vehicles before renting them to someone. I picked up my uhaul truck and there was food on the floors (chips) spilled drink in the cup holder and a butted out rolled joint on the floor with tiny pieces of weed on my seat and floor. It was extremely shocking as I was told uhauls are looked over after each rental.Megan H.
No experienced staff, had no clue how to check me in even though I had done everything online. Also never gave me the packing blankets I ordered. Didn't know how to credit me for them so I had to pay for them as he had no idea, manager wrote on paperwork that blankets were not given and credit should be issued as he had no idea how to do it. This location was closed when I went to drop of the truck, despite the fact that the website said they were open. The staff did direct me to the drop off location though. Unfortunately despite speaking with someone at the location the next day, my reservation was never closed and they did not confirm that the truck had been received. I did take pictures of everything and submitted to uhaul.com who closed the reservation and were very helpful. Uhaul was great, but this location was terrible.Steven M.

Instruct representatives on better customer service. Both young male and female workers were rude at this location. The male was not truthful on the cleanliness of the inside of the truck, there was coffee splatter everywhere. Also, during this time of COVID-19 serializing would have been appreciated, instead when asked the male employee lied about this. I will never return to this location. Very disappointed.Patricia L.
I called ahead and the gentleman answering the phone didnt seem to understand what I was trying to ask him ( if the truck had to brought to the store by a certain time, looked over, ect...does he do this....the whole business) he made me go out to the truck twice and still tried to charge me the 20 dollar inspection fee, when the truck was in mint shape ( I took a video, as this gentleman recieves a strong vote of no confidence from me based on my interaction) and he tried to charge me mileage, when I was almost a full 100 km under what was agreed upon and paid for. The pick-up process took over an hour of my time. The staff was helpful, but the Uhaul process was slow and confusing. I never received a call the day before (which I was told I would) to confirm the reservation. I was never told ahead of time to upload documentation. The process of being approved on the spot was very slow and had to be repeated several times. I was very disappointed with this process.Rileigh M.
Judging by the way it was parked, an employee purposely blocked in my personal vehicle in their parking lot with a U-Haul van. I called customer service and they offered no help and expected me to camp out in the parking lot overnight until someone arrived in the morning. Absolutely awful customer service.Jason L.

The only suggestion I would have is for anyone who does the reservation of the truck online to make sure they are paying attention to the emails that get sent. I received one e-mail that told me to pick up the truck at my local gas station. Once I arrived they had no record of me needing a truck , so I then had go back through uhaul emails and call a number sent to me on a different day and call to find out that the truck I was using was at a completely different location.Cassandra S.

Extra charge after I dropped off the truck From Belleville to Brantford only 290 Km not equal with 200 Miles they charge me extra 85$ I fill up gas more than I supposed tohiep T.
Took an hour to get the truck the machines wouldn't work to make s contract I finally after an hour got them to allow me to pay cash. On returning the truck she prints me s reciept and says the money they owed me back would be refunded to me account at which time I reminded her I paid cash and she nedded to refund me in cash. Would rather use a different company than return here also did not receive the appliance dolly I requested on line.Roxane L.
