Is there supposed to be a lock included for cargo area? There was not one this time but I have had one before

MASON JThe truck cab was dirty. There was soda and coffee stains in the cup holders to the point that I could not use them. The floors fo the cab was dirty. The noise from the inside while driving was very loud. Slow acceleration and had a problem going up a hill. I couldn't adjust the mirrors. It progressively got worse on the way home I didn't think I would make it back. This was the worst experience I had with a uhaul truck.
