I originally rented by truck from this location. I received an email confirming this. When I showed up there was no truck for me. The owner told me that Uhaul overbooked his location. He told me to go pick up the truck at the Cumberland location but to then return it to him when I was finished with it. He said it would be a " win/win"; he said I would receive a discount and he would wind up with an extra truck on his lot to rent. I returned the truck within 24 hours. I was billed as though I had kept the truck all weekend when I did not have it all weekend. My bill was supposed to be just under $300 but since I did not return it to the location I picked it up from and was billed for days that I did not have the truck my bill was just under $500. I called Cosmo at the Bellingham location. He assured me this was an error and that he had been in contact with his regional manager and I would be receiving a credit of roughly $200. This never happened so I went back in and spoke to Cosmo face to face. Again, I was assured that my bill was incorrect and he was taking care of it. I called once again, same story. I stopped in again and spoke with a women in his office who AGAIN assured me I would be receiving a credit for approximately $200. This has been going on since September and has never been resolved. I finally refused full payment through my credit card company and provided them with documentation of my estimated billing for the correct amount of time I had the truck. Cosmo countered my claim and said that my bill was supposed to be approximately $500 so I was billed that amount. I was scammed at your Bellingham location. I will never rent from UHaul again. For what I was charged, which was completely inaccurate, I could have hired someone to move my things for me.

I can not fully complete this survey due to the fact the my experience with UHaul has been the worst in any vehicle rental that I have ever dealt with! To add insult to injury, I called UHaul, spoke to a representative who told me that someone from UHaul would call me back that day to work with me on coming to a satisfactory end result. UHaul NEVER called back. It appears as though customer satisfaction is not one of UHauls concerns!!!!

No Uhaul staff present, took my credit card over the phone told me to hook it up myself. No equipment check, no paperwork. Owner called a friend/tenent to hoop up the trailer when i let her know i am handicapped and not capable of hooking it up. There was no Electric harness attached to the trailer and the friend pulled one from another trailer. I drove 11 miles to a friends house to have them hook up the trailer properly. VERY Unsatisfied.

Showed up on a Sunday, no one there. Left key in drop box. 'Lot' was overgrown, no drive/paved lot. AIG was not clear - was not 100% sure it was a uhaul location until I saw the key drop. They were supposed to have checked in upon opening but never did (though somehow rented the truck out even though it was on my open account?) took over a week and a half to get the account closed and processed through customer support after the truck was dropped off. Number tied to drop off location is no longer in service.

Nobody was at location. Had to do everything over the phone. Reserved truck and car trailer, they only had truck available. They rented out car trailer the day before, causing us to go to another location to pick up car trailer.

Drop off was simple and easy. Didn't get email receipt until the next day. Apparently store didn't check in my truck because uhaul called me the next day asking about my truck.

Reservations need to be honored. Finding out less than 24 hours before pickup that my reservation was changed was not acceptable. When new locations are set distance from renter and pickup time are ignored. The agent from the are was very rude and refused to help me once it was 5 o'clock. She told me I had to call locations myself.

I a smaller trailer online. Two days later, I received and email with a confirmation for an even smaller trailer. I was extremely upset I had to scramble to find a trailer that met my needs. Thankfully Emco had an even larger trailer that worked for us but I'm unhappy I had to pay more than originally planned.

First reservation was not found by the first location we went to, then this location charged us for gas even though I filled it up to match where it was. Poor service all around by UHaul

The driveway was not plowed. The staff person had to bring truck out of the storage area to the unplowed parking area. The office was small and I had to maneuver around things on the floor. I returned the truck shortly after 1 p.m. (not due back until 3 p.m.) but there was not any staff available to check it back in. I left the keys and contract in the locked box near the office door.
