Omg! Our experience with this U-Haul has been the best experience with a rental company we have had in a very long time. We also had rentals from car agencies, at same time, as we are moving from Texas to Florida, and while good, they didn’t even touch the exemplary experience we had here. While different types of rentals, the service should be the same but sadly it wasn’t for our rental cars but honestly, there are not enough good things we can say accept, WOW and thank you to this U-Haul location.

Located on a busy highway with a 'hard to find' driveway. But otherwise good experience.
DAN GI’ve done business at this location before. We’re a small town and MANY people rely on them. I’m terribly disappointed in the condition of the truck. At first glance, it was clean and well-maintained, but right when I got in, I discovered a broken radio. I expected a full tank of gas, but they said that’s no longer the policy. When I stopped to get gas just a couple miles down the road, I discovered one of the back inside tires was blown, completely separated from the rim. This did not happen while I was driving it. I had to call the roadside assistance and was not able to leave the gas station for almost 4 hours. I feel like there should be a MUCH MORE thorough inspection of the vehicles before they rent them out. This would’ve been a nightmare if there would’ve been a problem during our nine hour trip part of which was across the long bridge in Louisiana. That is a horrible place to stop to change a tire.
