The quote changed vs. the final bill. I was charged $15 for 6 blankets. There was also a fuel adjustment charge that disappears for the final bill making my overall costs high. Also the quote on the UHaul website for Safe Move is $30 but I was charged $45 thereby making my costs $44 higher than they should have been.

Let them know that they might not get the deposit of $100 back. Paid $177 for two loads of use of the U-Hau!!!! Brought it back to another location which they told me wouldn’t charge me todo, and on time and with nothing missing or damaged. Won’t ever use U-Haul again!!!
DAMEON JThe whole process at this location was an unorganized mess. No one was even at the location for drop off, which we were told they would be there. Very unprofessional. In their defense, they said they had just gotten the Uhauls and we were the first customers to rent one. I think renting Uhauls is too much to be handled at this location.
