Notified to pick up vehicle for after hours but can’t start the pick up process until you’re on-site and then I had to go through a whole additional process for out of state license pick up identity verification (which could have been done when I did the reservation). I was on-site for pick up for over an hour. That hour counted against my rental time.

There was no body at dropoff location, area was small and crowded
ALFRED SThe only reason I put no for helpful personnel is because there was no one there. I dropped off the trailer during the advertised hours of operation. I had to call the number on the door to tell him I was returning a trailer because no one was there.
Scott DI added a utility dollie to my reservation and it was not in the truck.
Casey LDidn’t open until 10, but agent was good
