The only reason I put no for helpful personnel is because there was no one there. I dropped off the trailer during the advertised hours of operation. I had to call the number on the door to tell him I was returning a trailer because no one was there.
Scott DI added a utility dollie to my reservation and it was not in the truck.
Casey LDidn’t open until 10, but agent was good
John sI returned the trailer 2 days early during business hours. No one was at location so I called number on contract. The person who answered was less than friendly and said "Ok, I'll check you in and you'll get an email". I asked "will you do that now?" then he repeated the first statement. I asked "can I leave?" he said "I'll check you in". So i said, ok and left. 3 days later I receive a notice that my trailer is late and hasn't been returned!!! This is all on top of multiple U-Haul locations in the Minneapolis area not knowing how to install a hitch and wiring correctly and not providing accurate advice. I would never rent from this U-Haul location.
