We were charged 3 times for the rental. 2 on the app and one in store and I understand pending is limbo but $5100 pending during travel and moving makes our experience very difficult. Check engine light was on causing me to take more time to call and confirm before a 20 hr drive and the A/c did not blow cold air and couldn’t keep up with the drive. Last but not least we turned the vehicle in and were charged $250 for missing equipment (dolly’s) that were returned to the Bentonville store and we were promised a full refund. I find all the issues to be unacceptable and disrespectful as a consumer trying to move and all the chaos that goes with it. Please fix your process and consider the customer service experience

Gregory CThere was no help in hooking up or unhooking of trailer. When I showed up to get the trailer the individual working the counter was more interested in talking to someone about war stories and less about helping me. The drop off was better but told find a place to drop trailer and unhook it myself.
