I enjoyed working with your employee. Very nice and informative.
Renee SFriendly agent but took personal phone calls while helping me. Also, truck only had 3/8 tank of gas.
JEAN SI liked it, but when I asked if I could leave the rented truck at a different location, they said yes, but they didn't tell me it was an extra charge, and they never gave me the contract to read that part. They just showed me the total rental price and told me to sign, which I didn't like.
JULIO LI don't know what is 'up' with the truck. I drove 9 miles and put in 1.25 gallons of gas and then was charged 8.50 because it did not measure on the gauge as the same as when I left. So it cost me about $12 for 9 miles of usage in a couple hours hauling cardboard. I even turned off the truck when stopped to load and unload. That really irritated me. Your drivers license app scanner did not work as well.
