The person who manage this U-Haul called me to please bring the trailer back because somebody else wants it I did at 8 AM and there’s nobody there and I could not unhitch it by myself. I had three other people who take it off the hitch safety lock was stuck

The facility was supposed to be open until 4 pm but was not. It took 90 min to pick up the truck and I ended up one with a leak that ruined my furniture
