Joseph DI thought the representative was supposed to assist in hooking up the trailer; they did not? The uhaul representative was not present at the location; they called on the phone. The equipment is stuffed in a little space between a dumpster and panel van, extremely difficult to maneuver and access equipment. Will not rent from this location again.
Charles MI was disappointed to see Uhaul align itself with a location that sells drugs & drug paraphanelia. The location used their personal cell phone to process the transaction & I believe fraudulently signed the agreement with my name. The person didn't know how to properly attach the trailer which could have resulted in an accident. Luckily, I have experience towing & was able to properly attach it myself.
