They we not open at pickup time and we learned they operate on Arizona time even though they are in Utah. The office reeked of cigarette smoke. There were several full ashtrays on the desk. It was very messy.

Lance and Dave at Big Water Uhaul are the best ! The new Toy Hauler was recommended by both of them and made the effort to acquire one for my transport . I'll never rent another type of trailer . Dave and Lance's knowledge of their industry impresses me . These two men have it down cold . HIGHLY RECOMMEND !
