Extremely friendly and helpful personnel. Lot is smaller if you have a large rv. I would suggest another location however it is doable.

Great customer service with the employee
RANDALL PI booked for 9/1/25. On 8/29 I received a call that truck would be ready at 9 a.m. on 9/1 instead of 8 am and that checking in on my phone wasn't possible. on 8/31 I was called and told that the facility isn't open on 9/1 and that I would need to come in on 8/31 to pick up the truck. I said okay and so they adjusted my reservation. I had not picked any additional services, but it seems that when my reservation date was changed, Safemove was added for $15. I did not want Safemove but here I am being charged an additional $15. Not only that, but when I came in to pick up my truck on 8/31, there's a sign on the door saying "Open Labor Day" and then I confirmed with them that they were indeed open on 9/1. I feel like I was lied to and then charged more. Will not be using this place again.
