The guy was nice enough, but he was not there when we arrived, asked if we had a reservation, and then made us wait 20 mins for him to arrive. The reserved fly was not on the truck, and while i was insuring the cab, he left again with the keys. We had to go to 2 different locations to get a dolly, which is the same issue we had on the last rental. What should have been a 20 minute pickup ended up taking over 2 hours, and driving an extra 45 to 50 miles to get a dolly. Truck was good, but man the pickup experience was bad.

When I rented the Truck, the weather was bad and the system was down so, the manager had to call someone on the phone to complete the transaction. I didn't get any hard copy paperwork so, I had to call for information such, as where to pick up and drop off the truck. Otherwise, the whole transaction went well.
JOHN DOnly 3 miles from an actual uhaul store, this location is not in a great area of town, there were addicts hanging around area, and rep was not very attentive, no dolly avail, when requested. Rep added items not requested without or knowledge, because he was using his phone so we could not read documents., but we needed truck so we signed.
BRIAN D"I am very disappointed with the billing at this location. Although I was able to stop them from overcharging me for an extra day, they still charged me for 52.4 miles that I did not drive (invoice stated 27,050 miles, but the truck had 27,102.4 at pickup). Additionally, I was charged a $15 fuel fee even though I returned the truck with 50 miles 'to empty'—which was 15 miles MORE than the 35 miles it had when I started. Be very careful and check your paperwork twice here."
