Both locations were great. The pick and drop off we fantastic customer service. The truck was brand new in appearance and super clean. Only thing I say is make people fill up the truck all the way so everyone starts FULL and there is no questions as to where to fill it to. Other than that a great experience! My fourth time renting from Uhaul!

Within10 minutes of dropping off the vehicle at the location listed on my contract, another location in another city called and told me I missed my drop off time at their location, I was told I dropped the vehicle off at the wrong location. Its not a good idea to change drop off location while the vehicle is on the road without notifying the individual that made the rental.
