They closed at 3:30PM so I could not meet the personnel but I followed the instructions on the lockbox. Place was easy to find. Once I read the instructions on the lockbox, I knew where to park and what to do. Wasn't an issue. And I liked it that they have a large parking lot/drive-way which made it easier to park where they needed the van. They also read the odometer for me which I failed to do before locking up (my bad!). Made me instantly appreciate them as soon as I found that.

Deborah LThe trailer was clean and not damaged. However, when we arrived to pick it up we were told the lights would not work with our truck, a 2024 Ram. Since the wiring on the trailer is not up to date we had to leave, go buy a light kit, and return. Customers should be notified in advance if their vehicle is not compatible with your equipment. A Uhaul rep was present and told my husband ‘I probably have a light kit in my truck but it’s such a mess it would be faster for you to go buy one’.
