The trailer was clean and not damaged. However, when we arrived to pick it up we were told the lights would not work with our truck, a 2024 Ram. Since the wiring on the trailer is not up to date we had to leave, go buy a light kit, and return. Customers should be notified in advance if their vehicle is not compatible with your equipment. A Uhaul rep was present and told my husband ‘I probably have a light kit in my truck but it’s such a mess it would be faster for you to go buy one’.
