ROBERT MThey closed at 3:30PM so I could not meet the personnel but I followed the instructions on the lockbox. Place was easy to find. Once I read the instructions on the lockbox, I knew where to park and what to do. Wasn't an issue. And I liked it that they have a large parking lot/drive-way which made it easier to park where they needed the van. They also read the odometer for me which I failed to do before locking up (my bad!). Made me instantly appreciate them as soon as I found that.
