The location did not have all of the equipment we ordered. The employee was very polite and kind but was unable to help us when we had trouble with the electronic pick up. We had many other problems with this order that had nothing to do with the pick up location. It took us over an hour to complete the pick up through the electronic system, then we had to go to another location to rent the missing equipment. Phone helpers were not very helpful. Our pick up location was changed from when we placed the order without notification other than changing in the app, and somehow we got charged for extra miles at drop off even though we did not make any detours off our travel path.
