I went to the trouble to download and register on the app to avoid the in-store experience (which last time was cumbersome and took WAY too long!), only to be unable to check-in because a "vehicle has not been assigned". If I had arrived after hours I would have been unable to get the truck!!!! There is one gentleman at the store who is very friendly but the other two I dealt with were sullen and not friendly at all. If they get it together and assign the vehicle so I can use the app, I would recommend this location.

RONNIE SAgain, U-Haul states to return rental to a different address then where we actually needed to drop off the truck
TERRANCE BI found the check in process to be laborious but that is probably not the fault of the location rather than the system. Ironically I chose to go to the counter because I thought that would be less of a hassle than setting up the app which probably isn't the case. The people were fine in the equipment was fine so no complaints
