The self check in process wasn't expected, it's very long, and I didn't get my credit for not having a dolly in the truck.

ARTUR KNot the locations fault but having the driver side mirror crack and parts falling out on the first time I closed the door after getting to my location, was a bit upsetting.... but the truck other was a dream to drive.
David RThe mirror was cracked on drivers side / it was dirty inside the cab and the transmission was slipping I thought it was going to break dish several times on thruway
Dawn CThe entire experience was awful. They urge you to complete everything online, and even when I asked, at one point, to pick up from a person, it didn't go as planned. We need more face to face customer service. Not everyone is computer savvy.
