There were two big issues on what was supposed to be a one-way rental to bring my son home from college. Both of these issues are probably with U-haul overall versus this location. One, when they tried to process rentals, they had to use the U-haul website which was extremely slow and keep crashing. I guess there were a lot of people moving stuff on Memorial Day weekend. This caused a long line to build up. Two, when they processed me, the truck I was scheduled to rent wasn't there. Eventually, they discovered that it was returned to a different location that was closed that day. They did their best to get another one, including going to a nearby town to retrieve a truck, but the the key wasn't there. I ended up renting a van which needed to be returned to the same location, meaning that instead of driving 70 miles in the rental, I drove 140 miles, and my wife put 280 versus 140 on here car to pick me up.

First off, I reserved this through the UHaul App. I called the store to see how to do this as it was my first time booking through the app. The guy there told me that my reservation was on 5/20/18 at 7:30AM but they dont open till 9AM so I would have to wait and come in and get my truck. I came in that day and the guy at the front desk said I could have gotten this at the time I requested and would just need to get the keycode and there was a lockbox. Then he said that the other guy, John, doesn't like technology and deters customers from using the app. So that wasted about 2 hours of my time that morning...then when I went to get my stuff loaded in the truck the tires were flat so I had to air them up. The back left rear tire was at 20PSI it is supposed to be 80 PSI. I had to stop and get those filled up. Cost me $5 and an hour of my time wasted. I told the person at the UHaul store about this and he didnt have anything to say or reimburse me in anyway for all the trouble I had to deal with. I am NEVER going to rent from this UHaul dealer ever and will report this to all my friends and family.

Bed sandy. Warning light for maintenance on. Office smelled to o strongly of scented candle. Clerk was nice and helpful.

Don’t smoke around customers like when you drive the equipment up front for them to get in a smelly truck. Restock boxes and have the same selection and prices as advertised on the uhaul website. Don’t switch from one dba to one of 2 others for different transactions. Don’t be so abrupt.

There is not a lot to improve at this location. The only thing I believe could be better is if they had a larger lot. That would help with parking. But, otherwise this location is probably the best one I have used.

I initially decided to go with this uhaul location because they beat out the estimate for another location. The manager of the local store was rude and short every time I spoke with him on the phone. When we showed up to pick up our u-haul, the process took an hour and 4 contracts later. This was a terrible use of time on our full, moving day. We were charged more than what was estimated, the initial drop-off location we requested was not what we received, and the horn on the truck did not work and was a hazard. We ordered moving blankets but they were not in the truck so we had to go back for them. I was told to just call and change the drop-off location after our contract was finalized, but the two locations that were closest to us, were then full which and resulted in us driving 20 min. out of our way for drop off (adding additional mileage and gas dollars). While the onsite staff tried to be helpful, the were very unorganized and this location did not provide a good customer experience from the top down. Overall, this was a very poor, unsatisfactory experience.

The gentlemen that helped me could have cared less that I was there. After standing in line watching other people being helped, I was not the only one. The impression that I took from him was that I was a huge waste of HIS PERSONAL time. No effort was made to be polite. I was also told that the trailer I had rented was at another location, just like the man before me. When I asked him as to why (since I had actually spoken to him 3 weeks and also 3 days before) he double checked and, lo and behold, there was one out back. He never actually told me this though. All he told me was to pull my truck around back. Amazingly, there were at least 4 other 6 x 12 trailers back there. So, why did the man before me have to go to another location? This is such a sharp contrast to the service I received there three years prior. The owner was gracious and helpful. Easy to work with as well. This is why I chose to pick up my trailer from this location. What a difference 3 years makes. I won't be returning.

The service was super slow and disorganized. I reserved and checked out the truck online, all I need was to pick up the key. I waited in the line for more than an hour to get the key. No matter you reserve online or not, you still need to wait in the line, which made the online reserving meaningless. I also reserved a dolly online, but they forgot to put the dolly in the truck. Very frustrated.
