Chris waited around for us to pick up our trailer even after closing time. When we got there we needed a different size ball for the trailer hitch and he waited for us to run to the store to get a different size. Lied to about paying for extra miles said uhaul would reimburse mileage that wasn't used and come to find out uhaul will not reimburse for mileage not used.
