When I Picked the truck up it was dirty the windows were nasty, they could have washed it, and the inside floor was so dirty was not happy that I had to drive something so dirty

Hidden fees for miles that were not well communicated before the rental. Poor mobile phone experience.
STEFAN GBe clear about the limited mileage. It was a VERY unpleasant surprise to owe an additional $90 was owed.
Julia MThe drop off went smoothly, however the didn't have a public restroom. Also I would never recommend uhaul to anyone ofter the experience with this truck. The vehicle wasn't properly maintained and a road hazard.
William JThe blankets and dollies were missing. I emailed them the day prior to picking up the truck for verification and got no response. The main U-Haul office on Chinden came through for me.
