When we picked up the trailer there was no one there to assist with the hookup. When we dropped off the trailer, the business locked and there was also no one there to assist with unhooking the trailer. We had to complete the check in by calling the business.

It would be unfair to the people operating this location to use the above ratings. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. My cell phone would not work at that geographical location making the transaction very frustrating . After finally getting the truck and trailer rented, the brand new truck(1830miles) would not activate the turn signals on the trailer ,so I opted to use my own f150 instead . My transaction receipt seems to still be charging me for the truck, so I have to get that straightened out.
