When they changed the pick-up location to a further location in Bolton they gave us same free mileage as originally. It did not account for us going home to load the truck. We have done this trip several times with our son in university at the same place from our same home. We never went over the mileage. We had to pay yesterday, which is not right. We did not go anywhere else. That is why I gave average rating. The drop off location was great. The staff was amazing. He even reminded us to take our lock.

Provides camera inside the uhaul as well back camera install needed. Plus need ownest person who can not cheat the customer otherwise customer not gonna contact you again..I have really really bad experience do to fack charges on me which he never explained me. He want me to do not clean the vehicle i will do it and after that he charge me for cleaning 50 which is wrong Plus I gave him clean vehicle.
