NO ONE WAS AT THE LOCATION DURING HOURS THE WEB SITE STATES THEY ARE OPEN. THEY ALSO DONT ANSWER THEIR PHONE AND YOU CANNOT EVEN LEAVE A MESSAGE. A FABULOUS field representative named "Jim" came through and came to the site to process the reservation and get me on my way. He was great and SAVED MY TRIP. Upon returning during normal business hours, someone was there, but the person had absolutely no clue how to process my return of the trailer. She called someone, but could not give me a final receipt, could not check the vehicle back in., could not do ANYTHING but sit there with her kids. basically the place is not operational. Thankfully, the field representative, Jim came through for me!
