Please be open on time. Answer the phone. Office is very messy. Trucks could be cleaner and better condition. Check in was chaotic and stressful. Will not use this location again.

Sign on website says open until 5:30 and the sign on door says open until 5:00pm. Agreement says to call once in Bonifay. We called numerous times with no answer, the automated voice then came on and said the mailbox was not set up. The door has an after hours number to call. We did and the agent said to simply drop the key in an unlocked box by the door and that they would be there in an hour. Not comfortable with this process. By the way we were on site prior to 5:00pm.
