No one was there when I came to drop the truck off. No one was there any time I tried calling up. I had to wait over 2 weeks for my order to be completed, during which time I was panicking because the contract had mentioned I could be charged for any extra days. I couldn't find a drop off area and had to look around for a long time only to leave the truck in the only place that looked reasonable, which had me worried about going below the initial amount of gas we had in the truck. I had to get a hold of UHAUL itself several times to get someone out there to handle it in person because no one would answer the calls I made during their store hours for the entire 2 and a half weeks.

I ordered an Appliance dolly and received a regular dolly, which created significant problems for the day. The interior of the cab was free of trash, but all the surfaces were filthy including dried blood on the inside handle and other areas of the drives side door. I expect cleaning to include a sanitary wipe down of the surfaces.

Susann WI confirmed a 24 hour rental, on 2 occasions, charges reflect 2 day rental. Your web posted pricing structure does not compare to final costs for a one-way rental.
