Overcharge for day for no reason

UMBERTO BI had submitted an order for a 20’ truck for my move. Upon arrival to the site, the 20’ truck was full of couch cushions and unavailable for use. I had to wait 45 minutes and ended up with a 15’ truck, which was barely big enough for my move. Extremely unprofessional. Highly unlikely to return to this location.
