Rasheen ROur experience with this U-Haul location was fantastic! Andy (the owner) is an amazing guy-- helpful, honest, cheerful, and easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted to move, helped us choose the right truck, gave us a GREAT deal, and had the equipment ready on pick-up day. Everything was just as he promised, and we couldn't be happier with our experience. I will be calling Andy again the next time I need a rental truck, and recommending him to all of our friends!
Richard KAt returning location, they said I should have gotten text message at pickup about the gas level, equipment condition. And I did not get any text at the time of pickup. But I did take a picture of it which showed 133 miles to empty. At the time time of return, I filled gas and it shows 155 miles to empty, which is more than at the pickup time. But I was told that they don’t go by pictures but a link in text message which I never got at pickup.
