I RESERVED ONLINE AND WAS SUPPOSED TO PAY ONSITE. OFFICE WAS NOT OPEN WHEN I ARRIVED. I WAS ON LOCATION ALMOST 2 HOURS TRYING TO GET EQUIPMENT. I WAS SWAPPED TO 24/7 CHECK IN. THAT WAS A NITE MARE. KEPT THROWING ME OUT. BUT FINALLY WE WERE ON OUR WAY. LATE, BUT AT LEAST WE WERE MOVING. TRUCK WAS VERY NICE.

Our reservation was changed after our pickup time bc no one was there. We couldn’t get the equipment we needed and reserved. It set us hours behind schedule.
