I was charged a cleaning fee upon return to the location in Chesapeake VA for a truck that was already dirty with mud floors when I picked it up and I am trying dispute that now

EUGENE DWhen we arrived the U-Haul rep was not onsite. The office was not tidy and the staff in the office were not able to assist us. We waited 20 min. to meet with the rep. He was cordial and professional.
