Very pleasant and professional to work with.

Kyle, who oversees 25 U-Haul location across the state was very helpful, however could not resolve the situation. Unfortunately Kyle is not the one behind the counter. The gentleman behind the counter (resembled a clean shaven Santa summering in Bozeman) was able to explain that I had "already paid" upfront, but was unable to offer any further assistance. Teresa is the signature on my contract, however is not the local contact I dealt with. This location is fine for convenience.

We rented a dolly. There was no ramp in the truck. I wrongly assumed there was a pull out ramp. Needless to say Dolly was of no use. The gentleman there was super nice and helpful.

I liked the flexibility of the pick-up time.

I called the 1-800 on my contract number and asked for a full service location into, they sent me this little dealer w/ no sign and hard to find. I called again and after 30 minutes I was instructed to look for a shop called the "Woolen Shop". Now that would not be a problem, but here I am driving around in circles in a snowstorm in a strange city. Had I been directed to a full service facility I would have seen large signs making it much easier to find. And after all of this I was told by the attendant to take it to the back and drop it my self. Again, another reason to never rent U-Haul again, No customer service.

The running lights did not work. I had to go to another service center to get a different unit. This required 1 hr of my time

No one was there when we dropped off. Very convenient for our needs. It was the location we had chose on line.

Quick and easy drop off. Convenient location.

I was skinned for an extra $1 on my credit card (without authorization) "because there is so much fraud". If I didn't have an AMEX app that posted this extra charge I would have missed it. I was told that it would be refunded back to my card, but as yet it hasn't . Is this just a cheesy way to milk an extra buck? $1 for a simple one day trailer - what would it be for a truck?

The guys to busy running his other business and made me wait. And the dolly had crap tires and one blew out and cost me valuable time

Have the truck we asked for, weeks in advance, available. We were given a much larger truck that got considerably worse gas mileage, and was hard to park. Met several other people with U Haul rentals on our drive, who had the same story. Bait and switch?

No dolly and no blankets . Left the site not noticing a front tire badly worn. Had it replaced 600 miles down the road with 600 miles to go.

Steering wheel was sticky--from candy? Between 5 and 7 inches of play in the steering made this truck very dangerous to drive. Especially when passing a semi truck. Gas gauge did not work properly. A loud screaming sound when the drivers window was rolled up--so bad that i did not use the air conditioning. No dash lights---could not drive after dark. NONE of the problems were reported to me!! When I called Corp. offices I was told that I did not need to report any of the problems to anyone. I did anyway at the drop off location.

The man at the Montana Wollen Shop was very friendly and helpful! Great guy, we will get rentals from him again.

Lower selection than the other Bozeman location. You should be able to tell a customer that is going long distance where the newest trailer is before hand if there are multiple locations.
