I arrived at 4pm, the location was supposed to be open until 5pm. There was no one to help. It was in a valley, so there was no cell service. I tried to download the app to make the return, had to walk to the road for service. 5 minutes to download the app. Tried calling the U-Haul number, placed on hold and then hung up on. Had to take photos and download them but did not work because lack of service. Finally got in touch with a live person who tried directing me to the app. I explained that service was poor and the facility was closed. They then told me I was all set.

The Bosrah customer service person was friendly and very helpful getting the trailer connected and lighting checked out. Person at the Keene, NH return site was also helpful getting the trailer disconnected and completing the return in a timely fashion. We have used U-Haul for a number of moves in our families and they’ve always worked out very well.

They pull the truck out for you, so you don’t have to look for it or have to navigate it through the parking lot.
