Complete shit show- code was not going through to email or to text. Took 1 1/2 hrs and 2 calls to different agents. One told me my acct was not locked and was not helpful at all. After 40 min on the phone with him I hung up and called again to get a different agent. Turns out my acct was locked and the 2nd representative got it taken care of. But by that time it was 1 1/2 hours later. Totally messed up my day and I wasn’t able to go to the concert I had tickets for because of this. Next time I’ll use Penske.
Melissa MHave more variety of vehicles and trailers at this location. The service here is amazing. If I was U-Haul, this would be one of my main dealers. I had great service when they were in Norwich and it is the same in Bozrah.
VINCENT CI arrived at 4pm, the location was supposed to be open until 5pm. There was no one to help. It was in a valley, so there was no cell service. I tried to download the app to make the return, had to walk to the road for service. 5 minutes to download the app. Tried calling the U-Haul number, placed on hold and then hung up on. Had to take photos and download them but did not work because lack of service. Finally got in touch with a live person who tried directing me to the app. I explained that service was poor and the facility was closed. They then told me I was all set.
RICHARD MThe Bosrah customer service person was friendly and very helpful getting the trailer connected and lighting checked out. Person at the Keene, NH return site was also helpful getting the trailer disconnected and completing the return in a timely fashion. We have used U-Haul for a number of moves in our families and they’ve always worked out very well.
