there was no guidance from staff at the U-Haul pick up location. We were not even aware that the person that was there was an employee. We were notified that the truck and equipment was not ready. So we had to go to a different location 30 minutes away. We wasted time and money with movers. The manager Scott did not want to compensate us. He then was dragging his feet when he did agree to compensate us because we did not have a reservation guarantee as promised. Poor experience with U-Haul will not do again.

JOHN LThe steering wheel had too much play in it. We were given a tow dolly that had a blown light on it that we didn't notice until we had our car already loaded on it. The loading door kept getting stuck open. The ratchets to tighten the straps to hold the front wheels on the tow dolly we're almost impossible to use.
