Had difficulty with activating the reservation and picking up the truck on site. When I called the number for the location, they said they couldn’t help and I needed to call u-haul. Between hold time and trying to explain what was going on, we waited an hour and ended up booking a new reservation (this one). Overall, u-haul customer service was great, whoever answers the phone at the local location could not be bothered.
JASON DU-Haul smelt like cat piss and ruined all of our stuff… I had to drive an hour and a half to get a U-Haul to have to sit there and wait for 2 hours for them to try and repair it
