No one there during business hours. Just dropped off and put key in box.
TIMOTHY RNo one was around. There isn't a marked entrance. The phone number for the drop-off location doesn't work. Had to call the customer service who told me to just drop it off. All the space was full and I had to leave it almost in the road. There was also someone else trying to drop off a box truck and was having the same problems. 0 out of 10 stars, would not recommend

Samantha SThey let me book it for that Drop off location . But when i got call from that location that we can not accept trailer you have to return it to other location which is 30 min far from and . I am busy personal that why i chose these location so that way i can retun it in 5 min away from my work. I ended up dropping it to the location and told them i wont be able to go drop to other location for my work reason and they are like okey we will not be responsible for it. I was like okey i ll talk to UHaul and figure out.
