Had reservation for 10:00 I had men waiting on me 1 1/2 hr away who took off work to help me load the truck Your rep was late and did not answer my calls and all he said was I m sorry but it really did not mean anything I cslled your rep in Scranton she was barely a help. I will have to think long and hard before using your company again. I had areservation 2 weeks to avoid this garbage.

Everything was great. And the gentleman who helped me was very attentive and helpful. And even went out of his way to clean the snow off the truck for me before I picked it up. My only minor nitpick is that I wish they had more hand trucks available for renting, like many other U-Haul locations do.
