The uhaul was good but the guy at counter is a fraud. He don’t want me to pickup from app and was asking to keep my credit card. In end he just ask me to give him 450 dollars 127 for fair and rest for security deposit. And then i talk with customer care they help me with pickup from app and then i to ask for key again he refused to give me keys. I spend more then an hour just for pick up. When i go today to return he was mad at me and was complaining about me damaging the u haul but there was no new damage. If you want to book a uhaul just go to another location this guy is a complete fraud and will waste your time.
