Unprofessional. The staff was busy attending esso customers. Uhaul customers were treated secondary and were asked to wait on the side, at first no staff was available on the counter. And while returning , staff didnt know where the key drop off box was requested tonpark the truck in no parking zone . Lack of knowledge and poor communication was there.
