Muthuvel SAt the time of booking, I was provided with a quote of CAD 119.44, which included an allowance of 150 kilometres. However, upon returning the vehicle, I had only driven approximately 53 kilometres. Despite this, I was charged CAD 110.82. I am concerned about this discrepancy, as the charge appears disproportionately high for only one-third of the quoted kilometre usage. I expected the final amount to reflect the significantly lower distance driven. When I raised this issue at the pickup/drop-off location, I was advised to contact customer support, as they were unable to assist further.
