Save yourself the headache. Do not use this Brandon, WI location! This person is most likely in Jail. We came to this conclusion because his house was vacant, lights off, and his front door smashed in by a battering ram with a police notification of pepper-spray needing decontaminated by the owner at his expense. Also did not respond to any form of electronic communication attempting to get his attention before arrival or during. This wouldn't have been so bad if we could have used the mobile pick upapp. For our situation that was not available. At the same time two ladies of the U-Haul staff did a lot to try to rectify the situation, and both Francis and another lady whose name I cannot recall both deserve raises for their patience and hard work getting the transaction finalized over the phone!

Looked like a used equipment site. NO key drop-off box or signage as to which door even to knock on. App did not work because of low cell signal T-mobile. After knocking on several doors was advise which building to go to and we still needed to knock again to leave keys never saw a drop-off box or other the uhaul logo
neil kThe return location was unexpected but worked out! The Man at the return location was very friendly. As far as clean and inviting, there was a lot of stuff on the property that I would consider a bit messy. I wouldn't hold it against them, I would go back for sure!
NANNETTE LLocation owner was not onsite, but was very helpful over the phone. However, his manager overcharged us when he entered the information in the system and would not return my calls.
Jennifer MWorst experience ever. Had to call to get someone to come out I thought I was at a junk yard in the middle of nowhere my girl friend would not get out of the truck. I will never use Uhaul again. Going to let everyone I know also
