We had to make multiple calls to locate the trailer needed. We were directed via your website to a location which was no longer open, and to another location which would not answer their phone. At the pick-up location, we were advised it was unmanned and proceeded to hook up to the trailer. The owner saw us in video and asked why we were trying to use his trailer! When we explained, he was then very helpful to complete the contract.

There is no signage & the office is kinda sketchy feeling. The guy was great but again, being a single female renting it would have felt better to know I was going into an actual office with signage.
